PURPOSE: To provide a layered ceramic capacitor which has uniform density in the inside, and can restrain generation of delamination or deterioration of long life characteristics due to delamination.
CONSTITUTION: An integrated structure of a laminating ceramic capacitor is composed of a protection layer 4 of dielectric sheet, a laminated layer section where inside electrodes 2 are transposed, outside electrodes 3, and laminated buffering material 5 covering from the extended line to laminating direction of the edges of the inside electrodes 2, to the connection with the outside electrodes 3. Density in a capacitor is uniform due to the structure. Therefore, delamination which has been generated conventionally can be prevented. As a result, deterioration of long life characteristics can be restrained. In addition, peeling during manufacturing or capacitance shortage of the capacitor can be reduced.
