Title:
LAYERED COMMON-MODE FILTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011015292
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide a layered common-mode filter capable of reducing a magnetic flux loss and improving reliability.

In top parts where side parts of a first coil conductor 31 and a second coil conductor 34 cross each other, a circumferential length of an inner-edge corner part is made larger than that of an outer-edge corner part. Therefore, a space width between the top parts is made narrow so as to be closer to a space width between the side parts, thereby reducing a magnetic flux loss. Furthermore, if coil conductors are made thicker and its thickness becomes greater than a conductor width of the coil conductor, since a sheet can not be supported sufficiently during layering, conductor falling or crushing may occur but if the circumferential length of the inner-edge corner part is made greater than that of the outer-edge corner part to enlarge the width of the conductor in the top part, the sheet is surely supported during layering, thereby preventing the conductor from falling or crushing.
