To provide a layered cushion material effectively used for a bed sore prevention mat for a hospital, an institution and a home nursing care, a cushion for a wheelchair, a pillow and a posture change, and a mattress, bedding such as a bed pad and a cushion for a seat for the general healthy subject, giving less stimulus to the skin, allowing a user to directly sleep thereon without laying a cover material such as a sheet and having superior body pressure dispersing property and stuffiness preventing property.
This layered cushion material is formed by superposing a plurality of layers of three-dimensional knitted fabric and joining their circumferences together. This layered cushion material is so formed that the three-dimensional knitted fabric having a thickness of 2-8 mm, a total cover factor (TCF) indicated at the lower part of the surface knitted fabric of 750-1250, and the connecting yarn formed of a monofilament of 15-170 tex constitutes the surface layer and the three-dimensional knitted fabric having a thickness of 3-15 mm and the connecting yarn formed of a monofilament of 180-1000 tex constitutes the lower layer.
