Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a gap with high precision.
CONSTITUTION: Half die cut hole parts 8a, 8b are formed respectively in each layered plate 2 and a stiffening plate 4. Due to them, not only each layered plate 2 is prevented from shifting mutually when block bodies 3a, 3b are composed but also the half die cut hole parts 8a, 8b in each layered plate 2 positioned in the outside of a block body and the half die cut hole parts 8a, 8b in the stiffening plate 4 are fitted one another when the block bodies 3a, 3b and the stiffening plate 4 are layered. As a result, relative position shift between both the block bodies and the stiffening plate 4 is prevented and thus the flatness of the contact face 11 of each block body 3a, 3b can be obtained at high precision and at the same time assembling process can be carried out while keeping the gap G at high precision.
