This laminate comprises: a base layer that has a first surface and a second surface that is on the reverse side of the first surface; a metal foil layer that is arranged so as to face the first surface of the base layer; a sealant layer that faces a surface of the metal foil layer, said surface being on the reverse side of a surface of the metal foil layer facing the first surface; and a base protective layer that is arranged on the second surface of the base layer and contains a water-soluble polymer and an OH group crosslinking agent.
