The layered structure of the silver alloy comprises a bottom thin film of a silver alloy containing primarily silver and at least one element having a negative standard electrode potential as secondary or higher components, formed on a substrate; and the top thin film of a silver alloy containing primarily silver and only the metals having a positive standard electrode potential as secondary or higher components, formed on the bottom thin film so as to be thinner than the bottom thin film.
