Abstract:
To provide a laying device and a laying method excellent in workability without requiring labor and time for connection work of water shielding members.
A laying device 10 is installed, for example, on a traveling machine 102 and towed along a traveling direction of the traveling machine 102 to lay underground irrigation members 216 and 218 on cultivate land 100. A first roll section 20 is attached to a frame 12. The first roll section 20 holds a water shielding member 216 in a manner that can continuously feed the same. Then, the water shielding member 216 fed from the first roll section 20 is, for instance, directly fitted into a ditch 106 on the cultivation land 100.
