CONSTITUTION: Balancing weights 20A-20D fitted so as to be possible to shift in the radial direction and be impossible to shift in the rotating direction to a rotary shaft 1, are fitted to rotary bodies 1-5 of the laying head. Further, weight driving means 14A-19A/14B-19B/14D-19D containing electric motors for driving the balancing weights 20A-20D in the radial direction, are fitted to the rotary bodies 1-5. Therefore, as the imbalance of weight distribution in the peripheral direction to the rotating center can be compensated by adjusting the position of the balancing weight, the carrying speed of a wire rod can be made to be high.
