PURPOSE: To pile up foaming blocks up to a top layer horizontally by placing a base frame where an upper surface and a lower surface formed by assembling thin metallic bars vertically and horizontally into a grid condition are integratedly-fitted with a space formed by supporting members on the ground, and laying the foaming blocks.
CONSTITUTION: A base frame 5 is constituted by connecting an upper surface 2 and a lower surface 3 formed by assembling thin metallic bars 1 whose diameter is within 1-10mm vertically and horizontally into a grid condition with a prescribed space of more than 0.5cm in the vertical direction by using supporting members. Next, the base frame 5 is placed on the ground so that the upper surface 2 may become approximately horizontal. Then foaming blocks 7 are piled up on the upper surface 2 in order up to a prescribed height. Besides, the base frame 5 is placed so that the upper surface 2 may become horizontal even when there are uneven parts on the ground 6 when the base frame 5 is placed on the ground 6. Moreover, after piling up the foaming blocks 7, a space between the ground 6 and the foaming blocks 7 is kept by the base frame even when rain water stays on the ground 6.
