To simplify the laying work of pipes by fitting a plurality of joints to the four or six faces of a rectangular parallelepiped distributor and extending them outward and connecting flexible resin pipes to the ends of joints.
A plurality of joints 10 are fitted to a distributor 12. A main pipes 11 and branch pipes 13 for supplying water or hot water are connected to the distributor through the joints 10 and terminal faucets 14 for supplying water or hot water are fitted. Resin pipes such as crosslinked polyethylene pipes, polybutene pipes, polyvinyl chloride pipes, polyethylene pipes, polypropylene pipes, etc., can be connected to the joints 10 as the branch pipes 13. In this way, these resin pipes are connected to the joints 10 and laid in specified positions. Hence, the branch pipes 13 are not required to be connected in order in a certain direction and the connecting direction of pipes can be freely arranged to coincide with the direction of the joits 10. Accordingly, it is not necessary to bent the branch pipes respectively to a plurality of service positions and lay them, and the laying work is simplified.
