Plural bolts 7 are protruded on the lower face of a rectangular PC block 5. The bolt 7 is passed through a hole 9 in a metal fixture 8 and a nut 12 is threaded thereto via the metal fixture 8. A joint width holding protrusion 6 which is put in contact with the side face of the adjacent PC blocks 5 to secure a preset joint width is formed on the side face of the PC block 5. A positioning member which has a protrusion put in contact with the end of a flange when the PC block 5 is mounted on the flange 1a on the upper side of a joist material 1 is provided on the metal fixture 8. With the rotational movement of the metal fixture 8, the protruding direction of the protrusion of the positioning member is changed to adjust the position of the PC block 5 to the flange, and the nut 12 is screwed therein to hold the flange between the lower face of the PC block 5 and the metal fixture 8 and fix the PC block 5 to the joist 1.
