The running dolly 12 has a running roller 13 rotated wile being abutted against the slit pipe 1, a generator 50 which generates power upon reception of torque of the running roller 13, and a battery B stores power generated by the generator 50. When the running dolly 12 runs, the generator 50 starts generation for charging the battery B.
