PURPOSE: To view whether or not data are present even at a position where plural data overlap with each other by drawing respective figures in layout data on coordinate systems which are different by the attribute value of the figures, and changing the coordinate systems by the attribute values and then shifting and drawing the figures.

CONSTITUTION: An image data distributing device 4 stores image data sent from a data read/image data generating device 2 in a layer-attribute-value classified image data memory 5 by using the attribute value of a layer sent from a layer attribute value converting device 3 as a key. A read device 7 reads the data out by the attribute value and sends them to a coordinate system converting and composing device 6. When the image data are put together, on the other hand, the quantities and directions of displacement for shifting the coordinate systems by the attribute value are received from a coordinate system displacement quantity input device 13. The coordinate system displacement quantity input device 13 inputs the quantities and directions of displacement by the attribute value. The composing device 6 puts the image data together while displacing the coordinate systems according to the data.
