To resolve a problem that the attaching and/or detaching of a layout sheet to and/or from a cover is inconvenient and especially when only a speci fied layout sheet among a plurality of layout sheets is to be detached or a specified layout sheet among the plurality of layout sheets is to be attached, the layout sheet to be detached or all of the layout sheets positioned before or after the position whereat the layout sheet is to be detached or attached should be removed previously and, thereafter, the attaching and/or detaching would be permitted.
