PURPOSE: To avoid troubles due to deformation or cracks or the like of an LC composite component by forming the LC composite component having a coil and a capacitor through the use of a ceramics green sheet of the same material to simplify the manufacture process thereby reducing the thermal stress at baking.

CONSTITUTION: Many green sheets 1-n are laminated. Except for upper and lower sheets 1, n, coil patterns 12, 13,... and 22, 23,... are formed to the intermediate sheets 2-(n-1) in a channel shape. In order to make the coil patterns adjacent vertically conductive, throughholes 32, 42 are provided to the sheet 2 and filled with conductive paste. Ends of the coil patterns 12, 22 reach the ridge of the green sheet 2 adjacent the sheet 1 and the sheet (n-1) adjacent the sheet (n). Capacitor patterns 52, 53 are formed to the sheets 2, 3. A sintered bare chip 61 of a rectangular prism shape is obtained by laminating and baking the green sheets 1-n. Terminal electrodes 62, 63 and earth terminal electrodes 64, 65 are formed by baking and coating the conductive paste to the bare chip end face.
