Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attain thin profile by arranging a ferrite bead core on both sides of a cylindrical capacitor element, and fitting the core to a conductive ring so that lead wires are arranged on a line.
CONSTITUTION: A cylinder 13a of a ring 13 is fitted to an outer electrode 14 at the outer circumference of a capacitor element 10 and soldered. Then a lead terminal wire 15 is inserted into an inner electrode 12 of the element 10 and soldered. Then a ferrite bead core 16 through which a lead terminal wire 17 penetrates is soldered and fixed to a guard 13b of the ring 13 and made complete by applying a resin sheath. Thus, the lead terminal wires 15, 17 are arranged on a line without applying bending processing to them to attain thin profile.
