PURPOSE: To obtain an equipment capable of surely pressing a lead part, by installing an energizing means and the like which brings a lead frame pressing member into contact with a pressing board retaining board with pressure.

CONSTITUTION: The following are provided; a heat block 5, a lead frame pressing member 6 arranged above the heat block 5, a pressing board retaining board 11 on which the lead frame pressing member 6 is mounted, a positioning means which positions the lead frame pressing member 6 and the pressing board retaining board 11, an energizing means which brings the lead frame pressing member 6 into contact with the pressing board retaining board 11 with pressure, and a driving means which relatively vertically moves the heat block 5 and the pressing board retaining board 11. For example, the above energizing means 17 is constituted of four springs 17 which are uniformly and symmetrically positioned from a bonding center. Thereby the pressing part of the lead frame pressing member is made to automatically follow the surface of the heat block, and all lead parts can be surely pressed against the heat block.
