PURPOSE: To obtain a lead-free gasoline for a two cycle engine capable of exhibiting properties of a specific density, a specific lead vapor pressure and a specific 50%-distilled temperature, having a specific saturated content, olefin content and aromatic content, hardly producing peroxide and excellent in long- term storage stability.
CONSTITUTION: A light naphtha, a reformate, an alkylate and further butane are blended and a polyetheramine as a deterging and dispersing agent, N,N'-di- sec-butyl-p-phenylenediamine as an antioxidant, N,N'-disalicylidene-1,2- diaminopropane as a metal passivating agent and a carboxylic acid salt as a rust preventing agent are added thereto to provide the objective lead-free gasoline for two cycle engine exhibiting properties of 0.65-0.78g/cm3 density (at 15°C), 0.45-0.95kgf/cm2 lead vapor pressure (at 37.8°C) and 80-110°C 50% distillation temperature (T50) and containing ≥70vol.% saturation content, 0-15vol.% olefin content and 5-25vol.% aromatic content, hardly producing peroxide and excellent in long-term storage stability.
