Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a lead terminal connecting device for a ceramic heater, which is free from risk of crack in the ceramic body, assures strong joint of a lead terminal even through repetitive feeding of current, and can be manufac ture at a low cost.
CONSTITUTION: One of the surface of a lead terminal 4 whose joint is formed in a plate shape, is jointed with a metal electrode 2. At the same time, the opposite surface is jointed with a metal member 6 having a coefficient of thermal expansion which is near that of the material to a ceramic heater concerned 1, and thereby the lead terminal 4 is put in connection with the metal electrode 2.
