Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell lead wire fixing device which is capable of automatically forming solder balls in the lead wire fixing region of a solar cell and connecting lead wires to the solder balls. SOLUTION: A solder cell lead wire fixing device which fixes a load wire 21 to a solar cell 4 is equipped with a pre-soldering device 11 that is provided with a bump soldering iron 26 movable in a vertical direction to the lead wire fixing region 19 of the solar cell 4 and forms solder balls in a row at regular intervals in the lead wire fixing region 19, and a lead wire soldering device 12 which feeds a lead wire 21 to the row of solder bumps of the solar cell 4 and is equipped with a lead wire soldering iron 56 that presses the lead wire 21 against the solder bumps.
