Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lead wire supply method and a lead wire supply device capable of enhancing productivity by automating supply of a lead wire having a rigid electrode and a soft conductive wire, and to provide a manufacturing method of a lamp.SOLUTION: A lead wire 3 includes a rigid electrode 4 and a soft conductive wire 5. On the basis of at least one of magnetic force and attraction force, the rigid electrode 4 in at least one lead wire 3 is picked up from multiple lead wires 3, and then the picked-up rigid electrode 4 is held. Subsequently, attitude of the soft conductive wire 5 is substantially fixed, by moving a grooved roller 28 linearly toward the other end of the soft conductive wire 5, and clamping the soft conductive wire 5 by means of the grooved roller 28 after movement, while placing one end side part of the soft conductive wire 5, continuous to the rigid electrode 4, above a groove 28A of the grooved roller 28. The soft conductive wire 5, attitude of which is substantially fixed, is then held.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
