Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leading jig that prevents misalignment of a pile, even when the pile is provided with a disc having an excavation tooth at a tip of a steel pipe and buried underground using a column erection vehicle.SOLUTION: A leading jig 2 is fitted on a tip of a pile 1, and includes: a fixing ring 29 having a plane part disposed opposite an excavation disc 12 with an excavation tooth 14 bent in an excavation direction and a guide part 13 bent in a direction opposite the excavation direction; a bar 30 disposed to pass through a center of the fixing ring 29 when seen from a bottom surface; an arm 26 provided on both ends of the bar 30 and having a first bent part 28 bent in parallel with a direction of extension of the guide part 13 or the excavation tooth 14, and a second bent part 27 provided on a tip of the first bent part 28 and bent in a direction opposite the first bent part 28; and a pointed part 31 having a pointed tip and installed at a central part of the arm 26.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
