SOLUTION: This processed food comprises a solidified material of squeezed solution of mugwort or a freeze dried food of ground mugwort. This method for producing leaf processed food comprises solidifying squeezed solution of mugwort by solidifying means, especially freeze-drying, etc. The processed food highly comprises SOD and further contains useful inorganic substances and is useful as a health food having preventing action of a aging and preventing and treating action of various diseases accompanied by aging.
