To solve the problem, wherein the weight-to-weight ratio of yellowing term to exsiccating term is computed from the moisture evaporation amount of leaf tobacco, and although with this weight ratio, wet- and dry-bulb temperature is set based on the difference corresponding to yellowing rate, in reality, drying methods are different based on leaf tobacco kinds, growing conditions and attached parts, so that the leaf tobacco drying cannot be performed in sure and efficient manner, and misconception is apt to occur, free control is not performed by mere control panel, and further, visual observation/management on site which are troublesome and require labor is required.
The drying method that uses a supervisory control panel monitoring/controlling a plurality of control panels for leaf tobacco and precisely and efficiently performing leaf tobacco drying management is provided, wherein a plurality of leaf tobaccos are set in a drying chamber, wet- and dry-bulb temperatures in the drying chamber are controlled through temperature control with a burner and moisture control, based on introducing/stopping open air by opening and closing a damper, the controls are performed via a control panel of the drying chamber and a supervisory control panel/remote control commanding the control panel.
