Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leak checkup device that can check up positions distant from the edge periphery of piping on the wall surface of a pressure vessel even if the pressure vessel and the piping are so surrounded by shield walls as to leave only very thin gaps.SOLUTION: A leak checkup device 100 is equipped with a main body 111; a pair of holding legs 112A and 112B rotatably linked to the main body 111; a guide pipe 122 so internally disposed in the main body 111 as to expose its tip side from one end side of the main body 111 in the axial direction and having on the tip side an opening 122a and a guide slope 122b providing liaison between the opening 122a and the interior; a checkup camera 124 inserted into the guide pipe 122; a push-pull member 119 that causes the main body 111 and the holding legs 112A and 112B to move back and forth in the axial direction of piping 12; and a wheel 115 that causes the main body 111 and the holding legs 112A and 112B to move rotationally in the circumferential direction of the piping 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
