Abstract:
To provide a simple and inexpensive leak detection device capable of detecting accurately existence of leak generation of a liquid.
This leak detection device is used for a piping system for flowing a liquid in a closed pipe 1 isolated from the peripheral air pressure. In the device, a branch pipe 8 is branched from the closed pipe 1, and a pressure vessel 20 communicated with the branch pipe 8 is connected to the end part of the branch pipe 8, and gas G is enclosed inside the pressure vessel 20, and a pressure detector 21 for detecting the pressure of the gas G is mounted on the pressure vessel 20, and existence of the liquid leak is detected based on a detection signal of the pressure detector 21.
