Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage detection device of a hydraulic cylinder circuit capable of detecting leakage in generating the leakage of the hydraulic cylinder circuit, and capable of finding out where to generate the leakage.SOLUTION: A leakage detection device of a hydraulic cylindrical circuit controls an oil amount supplied to one pressure chamber of a hydraulic cylinder 21 by a flow rate control valve 46 with pressure compensation, to detect the travel speed or position of the output rod of the hydraulic cylinder by a speed/position detection machine 28 and to detect an oil amount supplied to the other pressure chamber by a flow speed/flow rate detection machine 48. The leakage detection device finds out a leakage circuit on the basis of patterns of output fluctuation of the speed/position detection machine and flow speed/flow rate detection machine.
