To provide a leakage dust treating device, which inexpensively treats leakage dust leaking out of a front wall part without requiring much manpower.
This leakage dust treating device has a discharge port 16 for downward discharging the leakage dust leaking out of a clearance 14 between a kiln body 12 and a front wall 13 in the front wall 13 blocking up an upstream side opening part of the kiln body 12, and also has: a conveyor 30 supporting and transferring the leakage dust discharged from the discharge port 16 to the side; a water sprinkling device 40 sprinkling water on the leakage dust transferring by the conveyor 30; a bag holder 60 arranged just under part of a dust discharge port 32 of the conveyor 30 and detachably holding an opening part peripheral edge part 65a of a recovery bag 65; and a carrying device 70 carrying bagged goods 66 of storing the leakage dust in the recovery bag 65 held by the bag holder 60, up to a loading position to a large waste hoisting lift 8 being a treating object of a rotary kiln 10.
