Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leak point specifying device and a leak point specifying method capable of quickly specifying a leak point from containing means of the refuse material by more inexpensive facility.SOLUTION: In a leak point specifying device, a control device calculates a time until detecting a LNG (refuse material) by one detection means once the inner pressure of a pipe containing the LNG (refuse material) in the inner part is reduced as an elapse time Δ T1 since the leak of the LNG starts, calculates a diffusion width σ of the horizontal direction of the LNG in air based on the elapse time Δ T1, calculates an estimated position A1 at which the LNG is estimated to be air-borne, calculates ranges with the predetermined multiple of the diffusion width σ with the estimated position A1 as a center as the estimated ranges R11, R12, and R13 which are estimated to have the leak points, and specifies that the leak points are present within the estimated ranges R11, R12, and R13.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
