A cluster 18 provided at one end portion of a cable 19 of which the lead wire is covered by an insulation protective sleeve is connected from the inside of the metallic sealed container 1 with a hermetic terminal 17 provided at the metallic sealed container 1 for receiving electricity from an outer portion, and the other end portion is connected with a connection portion 21 withdrawn from a stator winding 6a of the motor. An insulation layer 30 or a layer 31 made by a member having low frictional characteristics is selectively provided at a surface of the inside of the metallic sealed container 1 adjacent to the cable 19 wired between the cluster 18 and the connection portion 21.
