Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leakage testing apparatus which can simplify its structure and reduce a manufacturing cost and a maintenance cost.
SOLUTION: The first movable platform 16 is movably provided opposite to one side face of an object to be tested and provided with masking units 12-15 corresponding to openings of perforations on the side face of the object to be tested. Since the first movable platform 16 advances, the openings of the perforations on the side face of the object W to be tested are closed in an airtight state by the corresponding masking units 12-15. The structure of the leakage testing apparatus 4 is highly simplified and the manufacturing cost and the maintenance cost can be drastically reduced.
