PURPOSE: To reduce stock costs of semi-finished products by improving both job efficiency and working environment of an insulating process for a leakage transformer.
CONSTITUTION: A coil 2 is housed in a case 1, and after remaining room between the coil 2 and the case 1 is filled with a filler 8 while the case 1 is vibrated, a heat resisting insulation resin 9 is injected into the filler 8 under vacuum so as to regain a normal pressure, and at the same time, the resin 9 is soaked in the filler 8 and then heated for hardening of the resin 9. By these processes, the grain size of the filler 8 can be made larger, resulting in suppressed splashing of the filler 8 at filling along with improved working environment. Since the resin 9 is soaked into micro voids both in the filler 8 and between each portion of a coil 2, a varnishing process can be omitted for improved work efficiency. The stock of semi-finished coils is not required, resulting in reduced stock costs of semi-finished products.
