The leaked milk-treating pad is produced by laminating an absorbing material for absorbing the mother milk, a water-proof material 12 disposed on one side of the absorbing material, and a surface material 13 disposed on the other side of the absorbing material, and subsequently bending and fixing the peripheral edge part 100 of the laminate comprising the absorbing material, the water-proof material 12 and the surface material 13 toward the side of the water-proof material.
