Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable easy and accurate understanding of pronunciation in a language.SOLUTION: A learning material 1 comprises an original sentence display part 11 for displaying an original sentence of a particular language, and a musical notation display part 12 for displaying a musical notation in which a pronunciation corresponding to the original sentence displayed by the original sentence display part 11 is indicated in musical symbols. A stave as a reference is not displayed, and a horizontal line to help recognizing a relative pitch difference is added as necessary. A translated sentence display part 13 for displaying a sentence translated into another language corresponding to the original sentence, and a pronunciation display part 14 for displaying a reading of a pronunciation corresponding to the musical notation using phonograms of the other language, can be additionally provided. The invention is applicable to a material for learning a language.
