To provide a learning processor used in a controller that can realize fast control.SOLUTION: There is provided a learning processor comprising a learning processing part that generates a control model that outputs a control input according to an indicated-value and a measured-value of a predetermined system by machine learning, a generation part that generates a combination of the indicated-value and the measured-value and data for control indicating the correspondence with the control input according to the combination using the control model, and a supply part that supplies the data for control to a predetermined controller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1A
