A plurality of training data comprising a series of descriptors and one result are input in common to the m data sampling parts 120 and transmitted in parallel from the m descriptor extraction parts 130 to the m learning algorithm parts 140. The data sampling parts 120 randomly select data out of the plurality of training data in a partially redundant manner, and the descriptor extraction parts 130 extract non-redundant descriptors in random order from the plurality of training data. The random training data are input to the m learning algorithm parts 140 in data units and descriptor units. When partial data is randomly selected from the plurality of training data, it is controlled to be partially redundant. The efficiency of the weighted active learning method can thereby be improved.
