To generate an appropriate learning group for proficiency-based learning.SOLUTION: A computer acquires the proficiency of each of a plurality of students for each of a plurality of learning items corresponding to a learning theme, and presents the plurality of learning items in a selectable manner. The computer accepts a selection instruction to select one or more of the presented learning items.
