Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form continuously in a stable condition a molded product from a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet.
CONSTITUTION: In the process of forming a gutter-formed core (A2) for a fiber composite gutter with corners (a)-(e) at specified positions from a fiber-reinforced thermoplastic resin sheet (A1), the specified corners (a)-(e) are formed one after another from the end of the sheet (A1). The corners (a)-(e), immediately after being formed in each step, are coated with a thermosetting resin on their outer surfaces, and the coated parts (C1)-(C2) are cured.
