PURPOSE: To obtain the subject blend composition from which lecithin odor is removed without blending perfumes, etc., useful for cosmetics, foods, surfactant, etc., by blending a plant extract in a lecithin blend compound in order to remove lecithin odor.
CONSTITUTION: A 0.1-20wt.% of lecithin (e.g. hydrogenated soybean lecithin) is blended with a blend composition consisting of an oil content (e.g. sunflower oil), an emulsifying agent (e.g. a sorbitan fatty acid ester), a polyhydric alcohol (e.g. glycerin), a higher alcohol (e.g. setanol), a preservative (e.g. methylparaben) and water, etc., and further, blended with 0.00001-1wt.% of a plant extract (e.g. chamomile extract) in order to deodorize the lecithin to provide the objective inexpensive lecithin blend composition, from which lecithin odor is removed, using an inexpensive extract without blending an expensive perfume, free from discoloring and useful for cosmetics, foods, surfactant, etc.
