Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent fluctuation in illuminance and optical level for a LED chip having substandard illuminance.
CONSTITUTION: The LED array comprises a plurality of LED chips 1 arranged substantially linearly on a printed wiring board 5, bonding wires 7 for connecting the LED chips 1 electrically with the printed wiring board 5, a transparent resin 13 wrapping the LED chips 1 and the bonding wires 7 entirely, and a molded item 15 entirely surrounding the LED chips 1 and the bonding wires 7 wrapped by the transparent resin 13.
