A first LED diode set consists of at least one or a few LEDs of a kind connected in parallel or in series or in series parallel so as to have the same polarity. A second LED diode set as another set consists of at least one or a few LEDs connected in parallel or in series or in series parallel so as to have the same polarity. The first LED diode set and the second LED diode are connected in series so as to have a reverse polarity to configure a reverse polarity series connection system LED. Further, the reverse polarity series connection system LED is connected with at least one of a current limitation impedance, a charge and discharge device, and a pressure limitation circuit device to configure a driving circuit.
