To provide an LED decorative luminaire, which can produce an atmosphere for activating and healing a user's feeling by a switching operation to make the blinking light cycle faster or slower.

The decorative luminaire includes a case body BB housing a light source unit A including a power source 1, a switch 2, and LEDs 4 emitting light through an electronic circuit body 3, and a transparent or semi-transparent cylindrical or conical hood body engaged with the case. The multicolor LEDs 4 are divided to a blinking device group with relatively quick blinking and a blinking device group with relatively slow blinking, and these groups are switched by operating a switch 4a means, whereby the blinking in both the groups can be optionally switched.
