An LED fluorescent lamp device with an emergency lamp function of the present invention includes: a main LED substrate on which a plurality of lighting LEDs are arranged to be mounted; one or more sub LED substrates arranged on the right and left sides of the main LED substrate and including the lighting LEDs and emergency LEDs alternatively arranged thereon; a frame coupled to the main LED substrate and the one or more sub LED substrates; a lighting power supply unit supplying power to the lighting LEDs of the main LED substrate and the lighting LEDs of the one or more sub LED substrates; and an emergency power supply unit supplying power to the emergency LEDs of the one or more sub LED substrates to light the emergency LEDs, when an emergency state is sensed.
