The holding means 8 includes a holding part 22 holding the flexible printed wiring board 4, and a base part 24 mounted to the base end of the holding part 22. The outer peripheral surface of the holding part 22 is provided with a mounting surface 30 widened in skirt shape toward the base end from the tip part. The flexible printed wiring board 4 is mounted on the mounting surface 30, and the plurality of LEDs 6 are disposed at circumferential spaces on the mounting surface 30.
