To provide an LED lamp and an LED lamp mounting device, having high safety with no electric current passing through the human body upon mounting and dismounting the LED lamp.

This LED lamp has a pair of connecting terminals 4p1, 4p2, 5p1, 5p2 supplied with an AC voltage, an AC/DC converter 6 converting the AC voltage impressed through the pair of connecting terminals 4p1, 4p2, 5p1, 5p2 to a DC voltage, and LEDs 3 of a light source impressed with the AC voltage and emitting light, and this LED lamp 1 is equipped with safety switch means 10, 20 which switch on supply of the AC voltage to the AC/DC converter 6 when the connecting terminals 4p1, 4p2 are connected to corresponding terminals 7a, 7b to be connected in the LED lamp mounting device K1, and switch off supply of the AC voltage to the AC/DC converter 6 on the other hand when the connecting terminals 5p1, 5p2 are not connected to corresponding terminals 8a, 8b to be connected.
