Title:
LED LIGHT EMITTING DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3174904
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange plural pieces of LED chips in electrically parallel without increasing upper and lower measures of a blind-bottom-shaped reflection case when a LED light emitting device is constituted by arranging plural pieces of LED chips in the long sideways blind-bottom-shaped reflection case.
SOLUTION: On the bottom of a long sideways blind-bottom shaped reflection case 4, a pair of terminal boards 7 and 8 are provided, independently of each other so as to extend in a lengthwise direction of the reflection case, and on one side 7 of the pair of the terminal boards 7 and 8, plural chip bonding parts 10 are formed while extended inward in a width direction of the reflection case 4 at intervals in the lengthwise direction of the reflection case 4. At the same time, on the other side terminal board 8 of the pair of the terminal boards 7 and 8, plural wire bonding parts 11 are formed while extended inward in the width direction of the reflection case so as to be adjacent to each chip bonding part 10 in the lengthwise direction of the reflection case 4, and LED chip 5 is bonded to each chip bonding part 10.
