If a plurality of LEDs include at least one each of red LEDs, green LEDs and blue LEDs, light of three colors of red, green, and blue emitted from each LED goes on to mix colors as it progresses inside the lens 1 made of diffusing resin, and further becomes converged light by being refracted at a convex-shape emitting face 5 to have white-color light with color unevenness restrained emitted outside the lens 1. Since the lens is formed of the diffusing resin, the color unevenness can be effectively alleviated irrespective of arrangement of an LED light source, and that, light distribution characteristics can be arbitrarily set.
