To provide an LED lighting device 1000 in which heat generated from an LED 211 is heat conducted efficiently to a radiation member and light output characteristics generated from the LED 211 are improved in a board 214 mounted with the LED 211.
The LED lighting device 1000 includes an LED mounting board 210 on which LEDs 211 are mounted on a board 214 and a reflection cover 250 having a window part 251 which covers the LED mounting board 210 and in which the LEDs 211 are arranged. The LED mounting board 210 has a first printed part 214b which is slightly larger than the surrounding of the LED 211 and moreover the opening area of the window part 251, and is printed in white, and a second printed part 214c which is other than the first printed part 214b and of which the mounting surface is printed in black. Thereby, heat of the LEDs 211 generated when lighting the LEDs 211 can be radiated with a simple structure and light emitted from the LEDs 211 can be efficiently obtained.
