To provide an LED lighting device which minimizes lighting failures when a plurality of LED substrates are used and in which a power failure lamp reliably operates during the time of power failure.

A plurality of LED substrates 4a and 4b mounted with a plurality of LED light sources 10 thereon are supplied with electric power by a normal light power supply 20 in daisy chain connection and have first driver circuits 24a and 24b for lighting normal lamp LED light sources 10a and 10b, respectively. At least one LED substrate 4a is connected to a power failure lamp power supply 21, is supplied with electric power, and has a second driver circuit 24c for lighting a power failure lamp LED light source 10c. The first driver circuits 24a and 24b and the second driver circuit 24c are supplied with electric power by the normal lamp power supply 20 and the power failure lamp power supply 21 independently.
