To provide an LED lighting fixture which converts light from an LED light source nearly similar to a point light source into a plane light source through an optical system, and produces an illumination effect rich in surprise at the time of lighting of the LED light source and has a good appearance without spoiling the beautiful sight at the time of turning off of the light source.

The LED lighting fixture is constituted of an LED light source 1, a light guide lens 2 having a light incident face 14, a light emitting face 18, a first reflecting surface 15, a second reflecting surface 16, and a third reflecting surface 17, and a reflector 3 which has a fourth reflecting surface 19 and light shielding performance. The light entered into the light guide lens 2 from the LED light source through the light incident face 14 is reflected by the first reflecting surface 15, the second reflecting surface 16, and the third reflecting surface 17 in order and is emitted outside from the light emitting face 18, and the emitted light becomes irradiation light of the LED illumination lamp by being reflected by the fourth reflecting surface 19 of the reflector 3.
